Mined-Out é um dos programas mais conhecidos dos primeiros tempos do ZX Spectrum até porque tinha o selo da Quicksilva por trás. Pois agora, Theshich, responsável pelo fabuloso Tetris Championship Edition, mas também pelo remake de Paradise Café, criou uma versão livre de bugs, mais rápida e com melhorias gráficas. No entanto, não funciona na maior parte dos emuladores.
Já o experimentámos e recomendamos. Apenas lamentamos que as teclas não tenham sido redefinidas, pois as que existem por defeito, levam a constantes enganos. E qualquer engano neste jogo, tem como resposta uma explosão.

They keys HAVE been redefined, but unfortunately in a way that makes them considerably worse than the original choice of the cursor keys. They've been redefined to work with an Interface II joystick, but this makes them MUCH harder to use on a keyboard (rather than with the joystick) and also means that the in-game instructions are now wrong.
ResponderEliminarPlease see my comments on the game's itch.io page; I've described the problems in detail there and suggested fixes. The author has responded, but unfortunately he doesn't seem to think it important or urgent. However – for me, at least – these changes to the keys mean that I'll be sticking with the original game rather than playing this update. For anyone who's used to the cursor keys on the keyboard, the change in layout is GUARANTEED to cause you to blow yourself up regularly!

EliminarInterestingly, the author's reply to my comment on the itch.io page has been totally changed! It now reads much more positively, so that's good news. I now feel much more positive about the chances of seeing an update.
